3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our customer service team will review your request
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  6. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping charges may apply)

3.2 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same product, subject to availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
  • Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item
